With a strong background in real estate operations, asset performance, and affordable housing management, Brittany has built a reputation for transforming operational complexity into high-performing, results-driven systems. Her expertise includes portfolio stabilization, financial performance optimization, occupancy and revenue strategy, compliance oversight, process redesign, and organizational restructuring.

As a Certified Asset Management Specialist (AMS) through the Consortium for Housing and Asset Management (CHAM), Brittany brings specialized expertise in asset-level financial oversight, portfolio performance analysis, and ownership-focused operational strategy.
